The regulations contained in this Article are intended to ameliorate the impact and
improve the siting of uses, buildings, and projects whose design and/or operational
characteristics could adversely affect surrounding property and environmental conditions.
To this end, standards and criteria over and above those set forth elsewhere in this
Ordinance are imposed herein on all conditional uses listed on Table 1, set out below.
