In accordance with S.C. Code 1976, § 31-15-330, and the specific terms of this article,
the county shall exercise its police powers to repair, close or demolish any dwelling
within the unincorporated boundaries of the county that is unfit for human habitation.
This article shall be part of the community development code ("code") and, unless
specifically stated to the contrary in this article, the county shall administer and
enforce this ordinance as it does the rest of the code, including recourse to the
community development review board.
