§ 38-111. Same—Staff and assistants.

The delinquent tax collector of the county shall employ, with the approval of the county administrator, such staff and assistants as are necessary to the performance of departmental duties. The staff and assistants of the delinquent tax collector of the county shall be subject to the county classification system and their compensation shall be determined accordingly.
