§ 2-526. Terms of office.

The county council shall appoint four members to the board of directors of the Orangeburg-Calhoun-Allendale-Bamberg Community Action Agency, Inc. The initial appointments shall be for staggered terms. After the initial appointment, each member of the board of directors of the Orangeburg-Calhoun-Allendale-Bamberg Community Action Agency, Inc., shall serve a term of four years. All terms shall expire on June 30 in the appropriate year. Vacancies shall be filled in the manner of the original appointment for an unexpired term.
