§ 20-33. Terms of office.

The terms of office of the ambulance advisory committee shall be a four-year staggered term with membership from districts 2, 4 and 6, plus the at-large physician, serving a four-year staggered term, and memberships from districts 1, 3, 5 and 7 serving a four-year staggered term. Should vacancies in the office occur, successors shall be appointed for the balance of the unexpired term in the same manner as the members whom they succeed were appointed. All ambulance advisory committee members shall hold office for their respective terms and until their successors are appointed and qualified.
